Join one of our gentle creative workshops designed to help you slow down and recenter. 

We will be restarting our most popular workshop in person 'Art & Meditation' and cannot wait to invite you back into the studio this January. 

The courses are designed for small groups only (max of 6 adults) and suitable for complete beginners and those of you who might like to invite a calm and creative moment into their lives. All of our courses promote mental health and an overall slowing down. They are gently and expertly guided by your facilitator, Anniek Verholt, and suitable for those who would like a creative and reflective moment for themselves in a calm and supportive environment. 

 

The studio will be set up for 6 people and all materials will be provided including a cup of tea. There's no artistic experience required. Our focus is very much on the process, not on the outcome of your artwork. Although you may surprise yourself!
