Our Therapeutic Arts Programme uses creative arts as a therapeutic tool to promote emotional well-being and personal growth. Participants will engage in various artistic activities that encourage self-expression, mindfulness, and social interaction, tailored to accommodate different needs and abilities.

**Emotional Expression:** Art serves as a powerful language for those who may find it challenging to express their thoughts and feelings verbally. Through guided activities, participants will learn to use art as a means of self-expression and emotional release.

Art For Wellbeing
This 10 week programme is specifically aimed at neurodiverse adults (no diagnosis required). The weekly sessions are held in small groups in a safe and creative studio setting. You will be guided through a gentle and easy to follow creative process designed to help you slow down, connect with yourself, reduce and improve your wellbeing. We will reflect on personal themes and patterns and will combine guided art making, meditation and mindfulness techniques to create a calm space for processing, expressing, recharging and reconnecting. This course is facilitated by Anniek Verholt who has 25+ years of experience in the field of Therapeutic and Contemporary Arts. She studied Art Therapy in the Netherlands ('00) and besides seeing clients 1-2-1 in her practice in London she has worked with a wide range of groups and organisations including the charity Mind, KidsCompany, HMP, Depression alliance, LOC (Living Well), Mindhug.
