Therapeutic Arts for Neurodiverse Adults
An 8 week therapeutic arts programme designed to support emotional well-being, personal growth, and nervous system regulation through art.
What Is It?
This gentle, small-group course uses guided arts techniques—such as watercolour and drawing exercises —to promote relaxation and self-reflection. No art experience is needed, and exercises are tailored to suit a variety of needs and abilities and professionally supported in each session.
Who Is It For?
Open to neurodiverse adults (diagnosis not required), including students, business owners, creatives, or anyone needing a regular, calm, and supportive space. Ideal for those feeling overwhelmed or wanting to prevent or recover from burnout.
Why Apply?
There are only 6 spaces per group to ensure a safe, personalised experience. We may run a second group if there's enough interest. The application helps us create balanced groups and match participants based on their availability and needs.
