About the Event
A safe space in which you'll be guided through a creative process, learn effective ways to managing stress and anxiety and are invited to create, breathe, meditate, release, connect and express all in your own time and only when it feels right. We work with a lovely water colour technique which is wonderfully relaxing and supports a calming down of your breathing and nervous system. Taught in a small group with up to 6 people. You can take this class as a one-off or come on a weekly basis to commit to a weekly reflective practice.
You don't need any artistic skill or experience and all materials are present and included in the price. You will need to book in advance.
