About the Event
A safe space in which you'll be guided through an easy to learn creative and reflective process promoting a quieting down of the mind and an increased awareness of what might be triggering your stress and anxiety. You learn effective ways to managing these triggers. In these classes you're invited to create, breathe, meditate, release, connect and express in your own time and style. We work with a water colour technique which is wonderfully relaxing and supports a calming down of your breathe, your mind and nervous system. Taught in a small group with up to 6 people it is a perfect environment to check in with yourself, pause and nurture creativity and self-care on a weekly basis.
You don't need any artistic skill or experience, all materials are present and included in the price.
